“Love Me” is a concert installation for 9 performers. A 5,5x slower version of Elvis Presley’s song of the same title plays from 8 self-playing guitars, while the performers pretend to play and sing along. A drummer plays a super slow-motion beat to it.

nico mask 1The performers  and the audience wear masks of the composer’s face. The stage is accessible, the audience moves through the scene, in between the performers that look like uncanny wax figures with ever repeating mechanical gestures, impersonating the composer, impersonating Elvis Presley, yet depersonalized.
